With this journaling workshop, we are going to attempt to embrace all parts of journaling, the good, the bad, and the annoying. Toxic positivity and pressure to be ~perfect~ have no place in journaling. We want to help you create a place to be your full self when you journal. This journaling workshop is aimed at helping people learn about the benefits and joys of journaling, without the pressure of being Pinterest perfect.”
